Abstract


The rapid development of urban tourism has brought up the rapid construction of tourist city, more and more cities invest into the tourist city foundation comparison. By the end of 2007, 306 cities were rated as excellent tourism city in China. Current rating of Excellent Tourism City to only pay more attention to aspect of tourism, but to the social, economic, environmental and tourism between the coordination of a more reasonable degree of symbiosis is not very high concern, which causes a lot of social and environmental problems in the development prosess of some tourist cities, impacting directly on the sustainable development of city tourism. So the construction of eco-tourism city has become ultimate goal of urban development to tourist city. In this paper, the principles of ecology, economics, tourism and urban geography study are used in analysis the target system of eco-tourism city. Based on a comprehensive analysis of index system of eco-city and target system of tourist city, creating the index system of eco-tourism town, and the use of AHP to determine the weight of the target.The use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build an eco-tourism city of evaluation model. The four rating levels of the eco-tourism city are determined by this model: non-eco-tourism city, the weak eco-tourism city, eco-tourism city and excellent eco-tourism city. Take Hangzhou, Wuhan, Xiamen, Qingdao, Shenzhen as cases, using a comparative analysis of static and dynamic comparative analysis to give an empirical analysis of the model. According to the results of static analysis which comes from five target cities data in 2007, we can know Wuhan is a weak eco-tourism city, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Qingdao, Shenzhen are eco-tourism cities. In accordance with the target data of Hangzhou from 2003 to 2008, the results of dynamic analysis is that Hangzhou has become a eco-tourism city since 2005. And general score show an upward trend, reflecting the building of eco-tourism in Hangzhou city has shown a good trend of development. The results of the two empirical analysis conforms with the reality of the basic line which reflects the index system is reasonable. The index system of eco-tourism for construction and evaluation of the city have the role of guidance and reference possibly.
