Abstract


As the city's critical infrastructure , logistics center for urban development plays an increasingly large role in the planning and construction is very important . Currently, many attach great importance to the construction of the logistics center feasibility study , but there are some logistics center did not do a feasibility evaluation before construction , resulting in operational difficulties in the logistics center is completed . Scientific evaluation of the feasibility of the construction of the logistics center is an urgent problem in the logistics center construction boom . In this paper, the feasibility evaluation study , comprehensive evaluation indicators and methods . First, the paper reviews the current situation of the evaluation system of the feasibility study at home and abroad , and pointed out that the main problems in the current domestic logistics center feasibility study . Secondly, a more detailed explanation of the concept of value management and value engineering , value analysis , value management confusing term Discrimination , which is the basis and prerequisite to conduct a feasibility study . Then, through the analysis of the various factors involved in the construction and operation of the logistics center , constructed a number of indicators for comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of logistics center .
