Abstract


With the development of modern logistics , the traditional port of points with the point of the competition gradually into the competition in the logistics chain with port core nodes . Port transport system is an important channel of the port logistics chain . Firstly, around the port transport system to start on the excavation and analysis of the substance of the port transport system , Qingdao Port Description and development characteristics , a detailed analysis of the economic structure and traffic conditions of the hinterland of the port of Qingdao Qingdao City Port throughput and highways , railways, pipelines and other collection and distribution subsystems and their mutual relations are analyzed and compared . Qingdao port throughput statistics and Shandong Province, GNP statistics , correlation analysis , to establish a quantitative prediction model ( polynomial - negative exponential growth model applies to the port throughput , long-term projections ) and qualitative prediction model ( transport intensity method ) , using a combination of quantitative and qualitative method , Qingdao port throughput volume forecast and predict the results of the total throughput of Qingdao Port and cargo throughput and traffic flows to the analysis , combined with the hinterland transportation development plan, a reasonable prediction of road, rail , container collection and distribution volume . Comprehensive evaluation during port transport system , by a brief analysis of the elements of port transportation system , the use of expert investigation method to study the evaluation process and the characteristics of the port transport system , determine the port transport system evaluation the index system , and the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the index weight . Select fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method according to the characteristics of the research questions , collection and distribution system evaluation , and selected as a judge , Tianjin, Dalian , cf object , resulting in a final evaluation of the results . In the prediction and evaluation results based on a preliminary study carried out on the various subsystems of the collection and distribution of Qingdao Port planning and construction , and put forward a reasonable proposal . The research results can not only provide the basis for the construction of the Qingdao port transport system can also provide a reference for the relevant decision-making departments .
