Abstract
|
Vibration mixing is one of the most economical way to strengthen concrete production process, improve the quality and efficiency of mixing, save energy and reduce consumption, which has been recognized by scholars. However, because the research of vibration device and interaction of the mixture involves mechanical vibration and rheology of concrete structures such as multi-disciplinary knowledge, which makes people’s understanding of the mechanism of vibration mixing fuzzy .This paper makes a systematic study as to its defect. This paper begins with the mixing conception of concrete and vibrating mixing theory, then by analyzing and comparing the interaction research of the mixture movement during formation process of concrete, stirrer device and mixture with the pre-vibrating mixing proposal,it analyzes the one-sidedness of traditional mixing concept. I have designed experimental prototype on the basis of ordinary single horizontal shaft mixer on purposes of mixing and parameters optimization. With the method of theoretical analysis and testing research, the paper studies the vibration in the vibration mixing and kinematical parameter’s impact on the mixing quality and identify the resonable value of the parametersand the match between each other. The testing result indicates that, reasonable vibration mixing method and parameter’s match can improve the mixing quality and effiency of the mixture. The research paper was financed by the National Natural Science Fund Project (50678026) .
