Abstract

As the raw material of the test to the pig's blood globulin and discussed the process parameters of the enzymatic blood cells, and study the impact of the the enzymatic blood cells of carp growth performance. The test is divided into three parts: test: optimal hydrolysis parameters the single enzymatic hydrolysis of pig blood globulin use neutral protease, papain, flavourzyme of pig's blood globulin hydrolysis to the degree of hydrolysis and soluble protein content evaluation indicators, to determine the hydrolysis of neutral protease and flavourzyme best. And discussed the the two enzymes respective optimum hydrolysis conditions. Determine neutral protease in the regulation of pH conditions, the optimal conditions were: temperature 50 ° C, the amount of enzyme plus 5720U / g protein, 13.28% substrate concentration, hydrolysis 10.58h, under these conditions the degree of hydrolysis of 15.11%; composite flavor protease in the regulation of pH conditions, the optimal conditions were: temperature 50 ° C, 14% substrate concentration, enzyme dosage 50LAPU / g protein, hydrolyzed 22h, 29.24% degree of hydrolysis can be achieved under these conditions. Test II: the double the enzyme combinations hydrolysis pig blood globulin process parameters to the degree of hydrolysis as an indicator to discuss the impact of the dual-enzyme combination of pig's blood globulin hydrolysis effect. While adding neutral protease the hydrolysis of flavourzyme, at a temperature of 50 ° C, adjust pH optimum hydrolysis parameters: the neutral proteinase dosage 3820U / g protein, the flavourzyme dosage 43.5LAPU / g protein, reaction time 22.8h. The degree of hydrolysis of 37.81%. Test: enzymolysis pig blood globulin test powder on the growth performance of carp using single-factor design, control group Ⅰ fed the basal diet (containing 9% fish meal), control group Ⅱ 6%, enzymatic hydrolysis blood cells replace fish meal in the basal diet, Ⅲ group, Ⅳ group the same amount for the test group, to replace fish meal in the basal diet enzymatic blood globulin powder amount to 3% and 6%, respectively. 360 choose the able-bodied, specifications and tidy carp, were randomly divided into four treatment groups, each handle three replicates, repeated every 30 fish a trial period of 55 days. The test measures the growth performance of each group of fish. The results show that: compared with the control group Ⅰ, the weight gain of the control group II low of 20.254% (P lt; 0.05), 0.412 (P lt; 0.05) and feed conversion rates improve; compared with the control group Ⅰ, enzymatic blood globulin powder Ⅲ group, the rate of weight gain of the group IV were reduced by 10.787 (P gt; 0.05), 13.087% (P lt; 0.05), while feed conversion rates to raise 0.222 (P gt; 0.05) and 0.224 (P gt; 0.05 ); compared with the control group Ⅱ, the enzymatic the blood globulins powder Ⅲ group, group IV rate of weight gain were increased by 9.467% and 7.167% (P gt; 0.05) and feed conversion rates were reduced by 0.190% and 0.188% (P gt; 0.05). That the enzymatic blood cells as a new type of animal protein feed source, their feeding is better than not enzymatic utilization of blood cells, can effectively have to raise the blood cells.
