Abstract

Objective To investigate breast cancer (Breast Cancer, BC) TCM syndrome and adiponectin, leptin, VEGF, and part of the immune tissue chemical factors estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR), c-erbB2 and Ki67 expression of the relationship, to provide an objective basis for breast cancer TCM syndrome type and guide clinical treatment. Objects and methods to select the combination of outpatient and ward December 2008 - March 2009 received treatment in the Huashan Hospital Breast Surgery and Chinese and Western medicine, and 74 cases of breast cancer patients met the inclusion criteria, and its clinical preoperative assessment and syndrome type is divided into the Yin Deficiency groups, depression Syndrome group, spleen phlegm group TCM type red any disorders card group and qi deficiency group; the postoperative detect pathological estrogen and progesterone receptor (ER, PR,) C-erbB2, Ki67 and serum adiponectin, leptin, VEGF, blood sugar, insulin, insulin sensitivity index, blood lipids. Statistical methods using appropriate statistical software testing methods. Results ① breast spleen phlegm group serum leptin, INS2h level significantly higher than the other groups (P <0.01); Serum adiponectin levels were significantly lower than the other groups (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant ; ② depression Syndrome group and the group of Chong and Ren disorders card VEGF levels were significantly higher than the other groups (P <0.01). ③ qi deficiency patients in the ER, PR expression positive rate in the other groups, ER expression difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). ④ other such as age, duration of disease, clinical stage, lipids, fasting glucose, body mass index (BMI), ISI, PR, C-erbB2 expression, such as between the groups there was no significant difference statistically significant difference. Conclusion ① Spleen phlegm of breast cancer patients with the high-risk group is combined with obesity, IR, hyperinsulinemia, increased obesity caused hyperinsulinemia and lipid-derived cytokines can promote breast cancer growth and metastasis, suggests that this syndrome type poor prognosis; treatment should focus Jianpihuashitang expectorant drug use. ② the stagnation of liveRand group Chong and Ren disorders syndrome group content of VEGF increased, suggesting that the two card-type tumor angiogenesis strong, easy to transfer, indicates a poor prognosis; drug treatment should be the proper use of blood circulation. ③ qi deficiency patients the incidence of breast cancer development may be with estrogen, and progesterone, the prognosis is good. ④ found no age, BMI, duration of disease, clinical stage, blood lipids, blood glucose, fasting insulin, ISI, expression of C-erbB2 influential on TCM type of breast cancer, may be related to the small number of cases.
