Abstract


With our country’s rapid economic development, credit card as an easy and convenient payment and settlement tool has become more and more popular. Because credit card is a new thing ,it will inevitably violate credit card management system of our country in the development process, therefore it need us gradually to have the process of knowing and learning. Credit card fraud case not only seriously violated the cardholder benefits and financial institutions, but also undermined the credit management order. In this paper credit card fraud was comprehensively introducted. The author try to analyse the theoretical system of the offence and point out the existence of defects in the crime, focus on analysis of credit card fraud problem of justice and give some advices for judicial practice.This paper was divided into three parts of the credit card fraud analysis and demonstration. Judicial determination of credit card fraud is the most important question in this article .
