Abstract


As the big branch of sport field,athletics sports takes the important place in our country for a long time,it is also the main developing object which is always supported by our country.At present,as the speedy development of our country’s athletics sports,and sports commercialized,athletics sports faces many kinds of benefits,so some crimes appeared by following such this situation.Match-fixing crime is the most classic behavior.This thesis combines criminal law and sports law to expound three main kinds of athletics sports match-fixing crime,including organization crime that is the special crime in China as the main researching object. Through narrating harmfulness about match-fixing crime,reveals the importance and urgency of punishing this kind of crime with using judicature and law.Our country should use some foreign countries’ experience on preventing and fighting match-fixing crime for reference,especially in legislation and law enforcement.At the same time,the thesis summarizes the problems which exist in dealing with this kind of crime in China,and to get the advantage,to remove the defect.Starts from the angle of law,holds the principle of law,combines closely with China <criminal law> and <sports law>,to get the countermeasure that suits for Chinese situation.Through the research on the countermeasure,hope to reduce and avoid athletics sports match-fixing crime,and contribute power for Chinese athletics sports.
