Abstract


The semiconductor spin - orbit coupling in the system , especially its novelty transport properties in recent years become the forefront of one of the subject areas in condensed matter physics . And we know that the charge or spin current is the cornerstone of its carrier transport properties . This paper resolves study typical semiconductor spin - orbit coupling system of particle flow formula , and considering the current additional items , a strict interpretation of the experimental two-dimensional k- cubic Rashba system 's integer quantum Hall effect . Chapter Overview spin - orbit coupling generation mechanism based on a simple semiconductor system spin - orbit coupling model . The second chapter based on the Schrodinger equation of continuity , conserved currents in the Rashba, Luttinger , and Dressclhaus system , expression . Hamiltonian Noether Theorem , a general discussion of the reasons additional items move when the cubic dependencies , and verify the results obtained by the continuity equation . The results found that some widely used in the literature stream expression part spin - track system is not complete . Dresselhaus system particle flow in addition to the traditional expression must also be additional items , but the expression does not require the additional items in the the Rashba or Luttinger system of particles flow .
