Abstract


The highway is an important infrastructure for national economic construction , plays an important role in promoting economic development . Highway network planning as preliminary work for the highway construction , highway construction an important means of decision-making and layout of arbitrariness , blindness and repetitive . With the implementation of the western development strategy , Qinghai Province highway construction is rapid development , but there is still a lack of scale , layout and imperfect , unbalanced regional development , scientific Qinghai highway network planning , reasonable particularly important. This paper systematically analyzed the current road network planning , and summarizes the existing problems of China 's highway network planning . According to the actual situation of Qinghai Province , the to select total control as the theoretical basis of the highway network planning , and to put forward new ideas to the introduction of geographic information systems in the highway network planning . In support of geographic information system technology , the establishment of Qinghai province highway network planning system , and the overall framework on the basis of detailed analysis of system requirements and system functionality , design systems and functional modules . Through the establishment of a system of space and attribute database , spatial analysis using geographic information system capabilities and data processing capabilities to solve complex highway network planning data , the problem is not easy to manage and applications . The use of GIS, the completion of the highway network planning process required scale prediction model , the work of the the Node Importance model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model design , and model embedded in the planning system , convenient planners . By improved data processing method of the highway network planning , the development of the highway network planning system in Qinghai Province , the highway network planning is more intuitive , efficient , and provide direction for future highway network planning intelligent .
