Abstract

Interlaminar shear failure and reflective cracking damage two main incentives of the current pavement diseases present a wide variety of laboratory experiments on the structure of the shear strength and crack resistance , the purpose of this study is to propose a good reliability and high accuracy test methods and evaluation , and the development of a new multi-functional layer force tester , in order to meet the interlaminar shear crack resistance test test , is particularly important for the function seems reasonable evaluation pavement . First, the paper studied the interlaminar shear failure mechanism , the cohesive force and frictional resistance are two key factors to improve the performance of interlaminar shear , the pullout test function evaluation layer bonding effect , shear test can be evaluated sticky the junction force and the frictional resistance to the role of a shear effects . Determine the parameters of the pullout and shear test , the test several common pavement structure , shearing effect of the contrast between different layers of functional materials , the results show that the use of SBS emulsified asphalt bond layer between anti- the shear effect superior to SBR emulsified asphalt sticky layer , the interlayer shear stress absorption layer of tar sands is better than the stress-absorbing layer of rubber synchronous gravel . Secondly, the paper analyzes the expansion mechanism of reflective cracking , stress-absorbing layer stiffness modulus improve pavement crack resistance , cyclic load with cracks in tension two kinds of test on three SAMI, SAMPAVE, STRATA the stress absorbing layer was measured, and to reflect a variety of materials based on the linear variation of the load curve , the level of stiffness modulus of the size and crack effect . The results showed that the crack resistance effect of the stress-absorbing layer of tar sands is superior to rubber synchronous gravel, tar sands the binder performance will affect the anti-cracking effect .
