Abstract

Pleurotus native to Xinjiang, parasitic or saprophytic in the Xinjiang desert medicinal plants ferulic a rare mushroom has medicinal value . Waste materials from fungal culture is mushroom cultivation material after mycelia decomposition , Caigu legacy waste , which not only contain more lignin , hemicellulose and cellulose , but also rich in amino acids , fat , mycelial debris protein , minerals , and mycelium secondary metabolites . The Pleurotus case Edible Fungi , recycling its waste materials from fungal involved , including the determination of the waste materials from fungal determination of nutrients and cellulase activity little research . The study of Ion Beam Bio Center , Xinjiang University , Xinjiang edible mushroom Pleurotus WMLE in the specific research materials , its nutritional content measurement and analysis of research using national standards nutrients to be obtained of the Pleurotus WMLE in the nutrition measurement method content information , results showed : a significant reduction in cellulose content than the main ingredient , crude protein content did not change significantly , crude fat content than the main ingredient significantly reduced , phosphorus and calcium content increased , vitamin-rich , full range of amino acids . Join the Pleurotus WMLE in the different volume ratio in the PDA medium extract investigated the impact of the growth of Coprinus , mushroom , eryngii , Flammulina results found : percentile were added to the PDA medium of 30 % to 50 Pleurotus WMLE in the extract can promote the growth of mushrooms Flammulina shorten the growth cycle of the mushrooms and Flammulina . The study also determined the waste materials from fungal cellulase activity of Pleurotus determine the optimum conditions of the CMC enzyme fifty degrees Celsius , pH value of 5.0 . FP activity was optimal conditions is 45 degrees Celsius , the pH value of 5.0 .
