Abstract

Xinjiang average cotton management a 1.33 - 2.67hm2 cotton , topping work mainly by human effort . Heavy workload, multi- input , low efficiency , has seriously hampered the process of modernization of Xinjiang cotton industry . The design using the following method : ( 1 ) Since the work member for the design and simulation analysis . (2) the drive system design and reasonable allocation of the transmission ratio of the main drive shaft strength check . (3) ADAMS rack selection and rack Solidworks modeling and static analysis of variables to optimize the cross-sectional dimension of the wall thickness and steel . The main results obtained : (1) derive the relationship between the speed of blade rotation a week cutting the forward movement of the distance and speed of travel of the tractor and working parts to determine a reasonable the tractor road speed and working parts speed ; monomer profiling 200mm ; ( 2 ) the drive system design, determine the type of transmission and the best overall layout scheme and reasonable allocation of the transmission ratio ; static analysis and fatigue analysis of the main drive shaft ; (3) Adams on the rack selection, determine the structure of the guide wheel rear rack ; rack modeling and optimization, under the premise of ensuring safety , the weight of the rack to reduce the 51% .
