Abstract


Road freight transportation is a part of road transportation industry.It is the fundamental industry of the national economy,and it contacts the different economic regions. With the rapid development of our country’s economy and society, the road freight industry has made a great progress.But road freight industry still exists some issues on structure.For example,the small-scale enterprises have generally existed so far,and the large-scale enterprises are limited.The ration of the different vehicle is unreasonable.lt is difficult to enhance the transportation economic efficiency.These problems make road freight market imbalance between the demand and the supply.According to the related theory about industry development and the experience from developed countries,we can understand that the formation of large-scale road freight enterprise is helpful to adjust and optimize the structure of road freight market.At present,for the quantity and the quality of large-scale road freight enterprises,there is a wide gap between china and developed country.So,we should increase the number of the large-scale road freight enterprise in order to adjust market structure.That is an important content for the development of current road freight industry.Firstly,this paper analyses the situation and issues of road freight enterprise by the relevant data with the method of comparative analysis.and points out the cause of the issues is that road freight market structure is unreasonable,lack of large-scale enterprises which are dominant industry development. Secondly,the paper puts forward the concept of large-scale road freight enterprise,analyzes its characteristics,function,economy of scale,operational pattern,etc.Thirdly,the paper analyses the conditions and the power of forming large-scale road freight enterprises with qualitative and quantitative method.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures about the formation of large-scale enterprise from the internal and external aspects.
