Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China 's road transportation construction career has made ??considerable progress, especially highway construction has made great achievements attracting world attention . The end of 2009 , China 's highway total mileage of 65,100 km , second only to the United States , has been ranked second in the world . However , its economic construction and social development needs , there is still a certain gap . At the same time , the lack of funds has been accompanied by the highway construction , inadequate funding of highway construction and long-term constraints , research on the issue of funding has been a hot issue . The difference of this article is to propose the idea of the design in accordance with the actual situation of the regional capital structure and select the mode of financing highway financing to solve problems , and to provide a feasible operational recommendations and methods . Cut from the point of view of the highway construction financing structure were analyzed from two aspects of the capital structure and financing , the principles and methods of highway financing structure optimization , and provide a new perspective to solve the problem of China 's highway financing . First of all , start from the problem of highway financing background , clear purpose and significance . Next, the theoretical basis for the description of the highway construction project financing , and focuses on the financing structure theory and risk theory and combing highway financing at home and abroad . Then from two angles of the legal environment and economic environment illustrates the external environment for China 's highway financing , through analysis of highway financing channels , the financing structure and financing risks , summed up the status quo of China 's highway financing , pointed out that China 's highway construction project financing problems. Finally, the problems in highway financing structure optimization principle based on two aspects of the capital structure and financing optimization design and appropriate preventive measures and recommendations proposed in risk control , in order for China's highway construction provide better theoretical and practical guidance to promote our highway sustained , rapid and healthy development .
