Abstract


Along with our country legal system construction of development, the judge in the professionalization process steadily, to the professional moral put forward higher request. Professional to strengthen the professional ethics construction, to enhance the moral culture to promote judicial justice is of great significance. Based on the analysis of the the professional morality and justice on the basis of the relationship between, from the perspective of jurisprudence, the paper the professional moral accomplishment for the influence of the judicial justice, the judge employed the have good professional ethics and legal professional knowledge skills, discusses systematically the professional moral construction in the process of the improvement of the professional moral depends on external system construction and the improvement of the internal code and the corresponding learning system, and points out that the establishment of the professional ethics construction is the main content of legal ethics education, the judge incentive mechanism construction, the legal system and the system construction.
