Abstract


The urban roads belong to the municipal utilities is the basic industry of the national economy , but also the prerequisite of urban existence and development , the construction and development of a direct impact on the level with the speed and quality of the process of urbanization . The Shanghai road maintenance market development process is a portrayal of the development of China 's large cities municipal utility market level for the operation and management of city road maintenance is a sign of urban development , its research has great theoretical and practical significance .
