Abstract

The equipment manufacturing industry has an important position in the industry, it is a pivotal role for the region's economic development, especially during the \role. To develop equipment manufacturing, equipment manufacturing industry to play a huge role in promoting the need to rely on independent innovation, firmly seize the strategic opportunities brought about by the new round of world revolution in science and technology, improve the ability of independent innovation. Because the equipment manufacturing industry is related to the industry of the national economy and national security, and do not have their own key areas of core technology, will be left for the future development of the huge hidden dangers. In addition, the equipment manufacturing industry reflects the degree of modernization of the industry, in large part represents the country's competitiveness, control of the core technology from Europe and the United States and other Western countries, while China's international status in order to get rid of a processing base, effective innovation must be by various methods. In the innovation and development of the equipment manufacturing industry, low-carbon environmental protection is an important constraint can not be ignored. Increasingly serious environmental problems in the world today, the old before developed countries \Development can not sacrifice the interests of future generations, only to take the road of sustainable development is in line with the requirements of the scientific development concept. Therefore, the innovation of the equipment manufacturing industry must be to achieve a low pollution, low energy consumption, which also comply with the requirements of the industrial transformation. In this context, this paper analyze the innovation capability of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province. By analyzing the status of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province, found that the L added value of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province in recent years growing is not too high, but the proportion of the overall regional economy in Hebei, and even had a slight decrease . The data show that of the seven sub-sectors of the equipment manufacturing industry, and their development is not the same, but in all industries to some extent reflects the high technical content. Also noted that while noted the lack of development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province based, many large enterprises have a certain degree of competitiveness. On this basis, by comparison with neighboring Liaoning and Shandong provinces, and further studies in which the level of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province. This paper described the statistical methods after a preliminary understanding of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei, in the basis of data collected using a variety of statistical analysis methods to study the innovation capacity of the equipment manufacturing industry. Cointegration method, to research equipment manufacturing industry for the regional economy from the data perspective. Then use the Granger causality test proved innovation for the development of the equipment manufacturing industry. After the establishment of evaluation index system, entropy method to determine the index weights and scoring seven sub-sectors of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei evaluation reuse clustering the method pairs industries are classified, proposed should be based on different categories characteristics to formulate a policy point of view. The paper further focuses on innovation of the seven sub-sectors, through the establishment of a panel data model, focused on the human and capital investment in scientific research for the sub-industry innovation. Through the above study, the following conclusions were drawn: first, Hebei Province, the equipment manufacturing industry has an important role in the regional economy, although there are certain foundation but the relatively slow development lag; Second, the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province with advanced provinces big gap, and mainly on the gap between the technical level, it must take a variety of ways to enhance innovation, in order to change the backwardness; Third, innovation is an important reason for the development of the equipment manufacturing industry; fourth, through the evaluation of the equipment manufacturing industry sub- the development of the industry, the innovation capacity of the transportation equipment manufacturing industry is stronger than the other sectors, sub-sectors of the different levels of development of different rank, the development of the policy should be focused; fifth, compared with capital investment than labor inputs more driven development.
