Abstract

Hydroxyapatite (HA) has a chemical composition similar to the inorganic components of the body's bone, showed bioactive, osteoconductive and osteoinductive, played a huge role in bone repair and bone graft. However, as bone tissue engineering scaffold, the strength of the porous HA ceramic low, low porosity, pore connectivity. Preparation pore structure of human controlled biological porous ceramic bracket with a certain intensity, focus and hotspots of bone tissue engineering. To solve the problem of poor existing biological porous ceramic scaffolds low porosity, pore connectivity, first proposed the elastic porogen - a gel filter press molding pore structure was prepared controllable porous ceramic brackets technology. The elastic microspheres porogen preparation techniques, investigated the impact of the preparation conditions the morphology of the pore-forming agent, particle size, mechanical properties of elastic microspheres Rev.; factors affect the acrylamide gel system injection molding slurry fluidity , access to liquidity and high solid content the gel injection molded ceramic slurry; study the relationship between the body forming conditions and pore structure prepared controllable pore structure of human biological porous ceramic scaffold material, the main conclusions are as follows: as raw material solution in a high concentration of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) PVA solution, the temperature and humidity control to improve high-voltage electrostatic technology, the use of the atmospheric water vapor, prepared by a good surface smoothness, elasticity, and mechanical properties of the PVA, the particle diameter of 400 ~ 600μm The elastic microspheres porogen, to meet the requirements of the elastic porogen - Gel preparation of a porous ceramic filter press molding technology. Using chemical coprecipitation water as the solvent to prepare a particle size were 3.308 ± 0.924μm and 3.625 ± 1.188μm HA precursor powder; water / ethanol (V / V = ??3/1) solvent prepared a particle size of 2.733 ± 0.792μm and 2.828 ± 0.599μm HA precursor powder. Acrylamide (AM) gel system in the milling time for 5h, the dispersing agent content of 2.0wt% of the powder quality, the pH value of 10 under the conditions, HA precursor powder preparation out of the good fluidity. a high solids content of the gel slurry. Gel slurry with PVA microspheres of elasticity porogen pore spherical volume ratio of 1:1 mixture, application flexibility porogen - the gel filter press molding technology, can be prepared more uniform distribution, structural integrity, connectivity good porous ceramic. The pore size of the porous ceramic is controlled by the particle size of the porogen, the communicating aperture and a filter press-molding conditions, the artificially controllable pore structure target. To be expected that the elastic porogen - the gel filter press molding technology with a wide range of potential uses in bone tissue engineering.
