Abstract


The purpose of using 64-slice spiral CT in experimental animals ( Chinese rural dogs ) whole liver perfusion scan and to explore CT perfusion imaging and perfusion parameters , seeking to optimize program . Materials and Methods 10 Chinese rural dogs as checked PHILIPS 64 - slice spiral CT liver the JOG perfusion mode using binoculars high-pressure syringe injection of contrast 0.5,0.8,1.0,2.0 mL / kg body weight dose and 5.0ml / s speed agents perfusion scan . Liver perfusion software as the cut-off point of the hepatic arterial phase and portal venous phase maximum enhancement of the renal cortex and spleen perfusion images processing and analysis and come to each dose , each of the reference images compliance rate under various organ perfusion parameters hepatic arterial perfusion (HAP), portal vein infusion amount ( HPP ) , total liver perfusion amount ( TLP ) , hepatic arterial perfusion index ( HAPI ) . The number of successful cases of 0.8 mL / kg dose of the quality of scanned images processing compliance rate was 100 % ; 0.8mL/kg doses , kidney and spleen as reference organ for post-processing of eight cases and six cases in both The success of the six cases . The dose to the kidney and spleen as reference organ perfusion parameters were treating the resulting HAP (29.88 ± 9.94) mL/min/100mg and (28.25 ± 2.19) mL/min/100mg, HPP (59.55 ± 10.11 ) the mL/min/100mg and ( 53.53 ± 10.71 ) mL/min/100mg . the TLP ( 89.43 ± 26.87 ) mL/min/100mg and ( 81.78 ± 18.56 ) mL/min/100mg , HPI ( 0.33 ± 0.06 ) mL / min / 100mg (0.30 ± 0.16) mL/min/100mg. The dose parameters were not significantly different ( P gt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion with PHILIPS 64 rows for dog liver whole liver the JOG ( light jump ) perfusion scan processing software image by different doses of compliance and liver perfusion analysis , discover 0.8mL/kg weight dose , 5.0ml / s injection speed enhancements to the kidney and spleen maximum value as a cut-off point of the hepatic artery and portal phase , can get the best of the post-processing effects .
