Abstract

Objective To investigate the cyclooxygenase -2 ( COX -2 ) homologous to chromosome 10 deletions phosphatase - Tension protein (PTEN) gene expression and its significance in cholangiocarcinoma (HCWC) and bile duct stones , research COX -2, PTEN and bile duct stones and bile duct cancer occurred , the development of the relationship , and provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of bile duct stones and cholangiocarcinoma . Materials and methods were divided into three groups: 10 cases of normal bile duct group ( hepatic hemangioma resection specimens or liver trauma ) (A group) , intrahepatic stones where the bile duct group of 30 patients (B group) , bile duct stones and bile duct cancer , 37 Example (C group) . Using immunohistochemistry SP method , generic groups of the two-step detection of COX- 2 , the expression of PTEN and test results analysis . Results 1.COX-2 expression in the group A , group B and group C positive rates were 10.0% , 33.3% and 70.3% , significantly higher expression in cancer tissue positive rate bile duct tissue ( P lt ; 0.01 ) . COX-2 expression in the poorly differentiated group cholangiocarcinoma was higher than the well-differentiated group ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; COX - 2 in lymph node metastasis , extrahepatic metastasis positive expression rate was significantly higher than that without metastasis group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; COX - 2 expression and bile duct stones and cholangiocarcinoma gender , age, duration of unrelated ( P gt ; 0.05) . 2.PTEN expression in group A , group B and group C positive rates were 90.0% , 80.0% and 35.1% , respectively , the expression in cancer tissues were significantly lower than the control group, the bile duct tissue ( P lt ; 0.01) . PTEN expression in poorly differentiated group cholangiocarcinoma positive rate of less than well-differentiated group ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; PTEN extrahepatic metastasis , lymph node metastasis group expression were significantly lower than those without metastasis ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; of PTEN independent of the expression of bile duct stones and cholangiocarcinoma gender , age , disease duration (P gt; 0.05). Bile duct stones in the positive expression of COX-2 and cholangiocarcinoma , PTEN low expression Kendall correlation analysis showed that bile duct stones and cholangiocarcinoma COX-2 and PTEN expression was significantly negatively correlated (r = -0.323, P lt; 0.05). Conclusion 1. COX-2 expression and bile duct stones and cholangiocarcinoma shape ?? Off ; 2 . Bile duct stones and bile duct cancer , COX -2 and PTEN expression was negatively correlated ; 3. COX-2 high expression , PTEN low expression may be prompted bile duct stones and lymph node metastasis or extrahepatic bile duct cancer are more likely to transfer .
