Abstract


Objective: We detected the level of plasma P-selectin of health persons, CHD patients with sinus rhythm and CHD patients with atrial fibrillation. To investigate the relationship between plasma P-selectin and CHD patients with atrial fibrillation.Also to learn the prethrombotic state and the dangerous of thromboembolia of these patients.This may possible provide a rational for early learning high risk patients, and may provide evidence in antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy to prevent thromboembolia.Methods: 30 sinus rhythm of CHD patients and 62 atrial fibrillation of CHD patients were selected .Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the level of P-selectin .The 13.0 SPSS soft ware was used for analysying ,the chief statistical indexes were tested by homogeneity test for variance and test of normality, all statistical date were indicated with x±s, t-test was used for interclass contrasts, analysis of variance was used for multiple alignment.The two side“P”less than 0.05 can be considered significant difference.Results:1.The level of plasma P-selectin was significantly higher in the atrial fibrillation of CHD group than in the sinus rhythm of CHD group(P<0.05). 2. The level of plasma P-selectin was significantly higher in the thromb positive group than in the thromb negative group(P<0.05).3. The level of plasma P-selectin increased with the degrees of hear function(P<0.05).Conclusions:The level of plasma P-selectin can be used to predict embotic events of CHD patients with atrial fibrillation.
