Abstract


Objective Wushu Sanda Players taking medicine Jinguishenqi and in the winter to study the impact of the drug on the subjects' physical and immunization, and preliminary investigate of Chinese medicine Jinkuishenqiwan adjustment mechanism athletes physiological functions, for Chinese medicine in competitive sports. promotion of the use of the field lay a certain foundation. In the winter of 2010, the Institute of Physical Education Wushu Sanda undergraduate 30 subjects, 20 boys and 10 girls, mean age 20.7 ± 1.27 years. The study was carried out in accordance with the weight classes Sanshou competition game features the same weight classes were randomly divided into control and experimental groups experimental group taking herbal Jinkuishenqiwan, and for four weeks. Experiments before and after the experiment test indicators: 1. Fitness test indicators: aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, reaction time. Routine blood and biochemical indicators: red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), white blood cell (WBC), hematocrit (HCT), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatine kinase (CK), testosterone (T), cortical alcohols (C). 3 immunity tests related indicators: immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin M. The data processing method using difference paired samples T-test, the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment with independent samples T-test, P lt; 0.05 indicates a significant difference between the experimental and control groups before and after the experiment using SPSS17.0 package, P lt; 0.01 represents a very significant difference. 1 peak anaerobic power in the control group and the experimental group compared experiment significant difference (p lt; 0.05); maximal oxygen uptake experimental group before and after a significant difference (P lt; 0.05). 2. Drug group, serum testosterone, cortisol, blood testosterone / cortisol ratio in the difference before and after the experiment has extremely significant difference (p lt; 0.01). 3. The erythrocyte total number of the control group and the experimental group, hemoglobin, WBC, creatine kinase difference before and after the experiment compared with the very significant difference (P lt; 0.01); BUN significant difference compared to the difference before and after the experiment (p lt; 0.05). 4 the control and experimental groups of the immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin M difference in this experiment compared with a significant difference (p LT; 0.05), immunoglobulin A difference between the two groups compared in this experiment with a very significant difference (p LT; 0.01). Conclusion winter taking the role of of Chinese medicine Jinkuishenqiwan Sanda Players' Anaerobic capacity and aerobic capacity. 2 winter taking of Chinese medicine Jinkuishenqiwan Sanda athletes serum testosterone, cortisol, blood testosterone / cortisol ratio has certain substances Sanda Athletes' Physical metabolic regulation. 3 winter taking medicine Jinkuishenqiwan Sanda athletes the total number of white blood cells, immune globulin content increased to some extent, enhance the body's immune system Sanda athletes.
