Abstract

Objective: guinea pig skin pigmentation caused by the observed lattice CO2 laser intervention ultraviolet calm, seek skin pigmentation disease control methods. Focal photothermal role in the treatment of skin pigmentation disease mechanisms, and provide experimental evidence for its treatment of skin pigmentation disorders. Methods: pure white female guinea pigs of 15, of which 13 selected back about 7x5cm area of ??skin, and hair removal. 320nm ultraviolet B (UVB) irradiation, December 1, 1 and 60 minutes, for a total of 30 days; production by UVB irradiation-induced skin pigmentation experimental animal models, every two weeks on the experimental area shooting January with dot CO: Laser Active FX, Deep FX (microarray) mode role in the experimental area of ??the guinea pig back wound beauty MEBO dressing one week, 4-6 hours. Every two weeks shooting the experimental area, CR-300 measuring instrument to measure the color change of the area of ??the dorsal skin of guinea pigs to the L * value, the record of the guinea pig skin pigmentation. Before the laser treatment, immediately after, after 3 days and after 7 days, 14 days after surgery, postoperative January to take the experimental area and control area skin tissues tissue examination, HE staining of epidermal cells change ElivisionTM plus immunohistochemical methods with HMB45 a marked anti-of each period guinea pig skin melanin granules. Contrast skin color changes, HE staining and immunohistochemical method and image analysis method to observe the distribution of melanin granules in the skin and the secretory function of the situation and the number of melanocytes and morphological changes. SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis of data entered into the computer, P lt; 0.05 as statistically significant. Results: 1,13 modeling guinea pigs 11 survived irradiation area there are varying degrees of pigmentation. Modeling around the L * value decreased (P lt; 0.05), HMB45 marker staining showed that guinea pig skin melanocytes expression was significantly increased (P lt; 0.05) dispersed in the epidermal layers and dermal layer. Survival guinea pigs 11 line laser treatment, six midway deaths, five completed experimental week wound repair after laser treatment completely, in January, compared with the preoperative and control area color Shen Dodge, L * values ??have increased after (P <0.05). HE staining showed cuticle mild laser treatment from the epithelial cell disorder, gradually thickened skin. MZT at the formation of MEND MZT seen around the inflammatory response, MEND seven days after shedding, and skin fissures disappear. Melanin granules during the expression level of the laser treatment area downward trend after laser treatment in January compared with the preoperative and control area black particles expression levels decreased significantly (P lt; 0.05), Active FX, Deep FX (microarray between) mode the difference was not statistically significant. Deep FX mode the deep skin melanocytes decline more obvious, the latter the site of action may be deeper. Conclusion: UVB irradiation can induce the dorsal skin of guinea pigs hyperpigmentation. 2, lattice CO2 laser treatment due to ultraviolet radiation to reduce the degree of black pigmentation of guinea pig epidermis guinea pig skin pigmentation. CO2 laser lattice is a new method of treatment of hyperpigmentation, worthy of clinical application. Lattice CO2 Laser Active FX, Deep FX (microarray) mode can reduce ultraviolet radiation caused by the guinea pig skin color calm between the two modes reduce hyperpigmentation was no significant difference.
