Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the machines in the root canal re-treatment with the the Mtwo nickel titanium system performance and re- treatment of apical microleakage . Method : select 34 orthodontic extraction double root canal molar , randomly selected 4 Set the control group , two negative control group and two positive control group , and the remaining 30 were randomly divided into three groups , group A row plasticizing step back method of treatment , group B prepared root canal , paste the line side of the cold gutta gutta percha with pressurized filling group C for the first root canal treatment groups of 10 teeth , 20 root canal . 30d after these three groups were randomly divided into 2 groups , respectively, by hand with stainless steel equipment and Mtwo nickel-titanium instruments cleanup root canal preparation , hand stainless steel equipment group to call the shots with 0.02 taper # 40 gutta percha tip with the AH-Plus paste line of cold gutta-percha lateral condensation filling ; the Mtwo nickel titanium instruments group with 0.06 taper 25 # call the shots sharp with AH-Plus the paste line cold gutta side pressure filling . 30d , extracted teeth were stained , the measurement of apical microleakage . Records and comparing each group 's operating time , equipment breakage , root canal recanalization and apical microleakage . Results: 1. Plasticizing found root in charge and re-treatment group and the comparison of the first treatment group Mtwo nickel- titanium system operating time of the group than those in hand with stainless steel equipment in each group ( P lt; 0.05 ) less ; Mtwo nickel-titanium system group and hand with stainless steel equipment group , simple to prepare the root tube need the time at least remove the the root canal plasticizing material need of the time up , remove the time used in root canal tooth gum center ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; 3 . plasticizing root filling re-treatment group and the first treatment group , Mtwo nickel - titanium system group apical microleakage than the hand with a small stainless steel equipment group (P lt; 0.05); 4. Mtwo nickel-titanium system group and hand with stainless steel equipment group , the the plasticizing re - treatment group and root filling re - treatment group apical microleakage was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05) , apical microleakage of re-treatment group compared with the first time the treatment group , a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion the nickel : 1.Mtwo titanium equipment operating time of the removal of root canal fillings and root canal preparation than hand with stainless steel equipment less ; 2.Mtwo nickel titanium group apical microleakage than hand with stainless steel equipment group root tip microleakage small ; 3 in case of re- treatment of root canal recanalization , the first treatment apical microleakage of root canal re-treatment had no significant effect .
