Abstract

Goal: The present paper focused on researching the effect rule and mechanism of SU by acupuncture He-xue and Mu-xue on the stomach meridian. Nano-2DLC was applied in the experiment and contributed to offering a new mode and technique for investigation into material foundation of acupuncture effect.Method: 75 Wistar big mice was divided into five groups stochastically: The blank group, the model group,“zu san li”group,“zhong wan”group, gather solicit the matching acupoint group.The gastric ulcer big mouse model were copied by colligation and water immersion. Each group of big mice was acupunctured according to the grouping, gather solicit the matching acupoint group was taken“zu san li”and“zhong wan”acupoint;“zu san li”group was taken“zu san li”acupoint;“zhong wan”group was taken“zhong wan”acupoint; the model group first was every day. Immerce 4 groups in the thermostatic waterbath after two days; the blank group was fed without handling. All the stomach of mice were analysesd by Nano-2DLC and compared with each other.Results:1 Comparing visual observation of colligation group with model group, the former one have some ulcer focuses whose quantity and size are not equal; the degree of gastric mucosa injury in acupuncture treatment group is lighter than model group.There are some bleeding points in“zhong wan”group and“zu san li”group but the differences are obvious.“He-Mu group”has a few bleeding points but the diameter and amount are very small.2 There are significant differences in the model group、“zhong-wan”group and“zu san li”group in the ulcer index. There are very significant differences between the model group and“He-Mu”group. There are significant differences between“zhong-wan”group and“zu san li”group in the ulcer index. There are significant differences in“zhong-wan”group、“zu san li”group and“He-Mu”group in the ulcer index.3 The new 5 chromatographic peaks have been seen on the chromatogram of the model group and acupuncture treatment group between 27th min and 32th min of retention time.The retention time of the 5 peaks is basically identical. The peak area of the model group is bigger than the corresponding one of the“zhong wan”group. The peak area of the“zhong wan” group is bigger than the corresponding one of the“zu san li”group. The peak area of the“zu san li”group is bigger than the corresponding one of the“He-Mu”group.Conclusion:1 Acupuncturing“zu san li”hole or "zhong wan" hole only can play a role in gastric ulcer model, and acupuncturing“zu san li”only surpasses“zhong wan”only. But the effect of one point either“zu san li”or“zhong wan”is inferior to combining both.2 Five specific polypeptides were found in the proteolysis liquid of rat stomach.3 The therapeutic mechanism of SU by acupuncture probably concerns the decrement of the 5 polypeptide.
