Abstract


Independent colleges nowadays develop rapidly under the background of the popularization of higher education and it has become extremely indispensable to the higher education. As employment is becoming increasingly competitive, whether those independent college students can set themselves apart in the employment competition is now drawing a great attraction of the society, family as well as the students themselves. In the market mechanism, different enterprises have different demands for the talented, which raises the importance of the occupation career planning for the university students. This kind of situation not only has an impact on the future of the students, but also embodies the humanization of higher education.According to demand for talent of enterprise and requirement for career planning instruction of students, and through research methods such as survey, telephone consultation, regular visits etc. The thesis put forwards an instruction system which bases on demand for talent of enterprise and focuses on career planning. The following are the mean achievement.Firstly, the thesis has a systemic and comprehensive introduction of the career planning. Also, probes into the latest develop trends.Secondly, the thesis expounds the demands for talents of the enterprises, by analyzing the questionnaire survey, inquires into the demands for talents of the enterprises. It indicates that the ideological standards, professional qualities, overall capability and physical and mental health are the basic requests of the enterprises. Thirdly, take ZX College as the example. By analyzing the career planning of the independent college students, delves into the problems exists in the career planning of the independent college students and parses the causes.At last, based on the theory and practice, the thesis summarizes the significance of establish the career planning and instruction system according to the enterprise demands, which provides specific scheme for the building of the career planning instruction system and teaching group. It also indicates the ultimate goal is to realize the perfect joint of enterprise demands and college talents.
