Abstract


Internet becomes an important part of the daily life in the global, also is the network miniature of the various countries’ cultural environment. At the same time, the network gradually becomes important in the university that all teachers and students use it to study, work and life, so University called cradle that breeds Pioneer Era inevitably face the cultural environment impact which forms by the network, Therefore, the development of the university student’s ideological and political education must clearly understand the background, and gives full play to an active value and function in the cultural reconstruction.When we research the network cultural environment construction of Ideological and Political education of the University. Firstly, we should give the basically definition and analysis of the basic concept which involves to the research institute; Simultaneously the Papers focuses on the influence of the network cultural environment on the university student’s Ideological and political education, and to analyze the present situation of cultural environment construction in the university network, in order to understand relevance in a deeper level between the network cultural environment and the university student’s Ideological and political education. Under this network cultural environment, the students exchange thoughts equally, easily and freely; and the network culture has its distinguish characteristics, therefore the network and the network cultural environment can have the profound influence on the individual behavior of the university students, Meanwhile it proposes the opportunity and challenge to the development and innovation of the university student’s Ideological political education. So it had broke through traditional education modes and the content of the university student’s Ideological political education, and had opened new direction of the university student’s Ideological political education, had developed a new domain of research of the university student’s ideological political education, and developed the subject advance by the depth direction.Since it is the basic link to impel the development of the university student’s ideological political education, then how to form the effective countermeasure of the network cultural environment construction becomes an urgent problem that needs to be solved. yet this needs embarks from fundamental factor that can influence network cultural environment construction, and revolves six central points to form the whole countermeasure system, Namely: Strengthen the network of self-construction, enhance the construction of the network hardware; Build team to manage the network, and build the team who have the high level quality to management the network; Casts the net soul, use advanced scientific cultural grab network cultural space; Sets the gateway, strengthens leadership and the management to the network and the network cultural position; Clear net group, and build positive and healthy campus network culture; Nurtures the net person, guides university student to be civilized in the net. Base on these six central points, it radiates to the periphery and proliferates to the periphery, and then forms the harmonious network cultural environment.
