Abstract


For over 50 years , to carry out ideological and political education as the backbone of the development for the college counselor made ??an important contribution . In the new era of ideological and political education is faced with new problems and new challenges in the ideological and political education counselor 's role will become more prominent. Competency Model building and the introduction of the college counselor recruitment, selection and training assessment work to rise to new heights , so that counselors have a better management of operational and normative . At present , the domestic field of education competency research, mainly focused on the job of teachers and senior management cadre research , specifically for science and engineering college counselor competency model research is still blank. In this study, expert evaluation and critical behavioral event interviews and other methods to build a science and engineering college full-time counselor competency model , and the model based on competency science and engineering college counselor human resources management programs and measures were discussed. This selected domestic universities of full-time counselors as research subjects , the results showed that: excellent group and general group interview length there is no significant difference in the case of competency occurrence frequency is relatively stable indicators , with significant differences can be very distinguish between good performance and excellent performance group general group ; paper initially established through empirical research universities of full-time counselor competency models, including a sense of responsibility , sense of loyalty and other 12 professional competency , and Yang Jiping , such as establishing a college counselor Universal competency model has six identical latitude , a latitude similar , there are differences in latitude 5 .
