Abstract


The 21st century, countries in the 21st century and the world economic development has become the main form of With competition intensifying of economic globalization and international high-tech , Hi-Tech Park . Continuous technological innovation is the life of the Hi-Tech Park , and promote technological innovation talent . Talent is the determinants of the high-tech park development . In this paper , on the basis of innovation, human resources , public policy and other macro- theory , the integrated use of personnel policy , the flow of talent , technology parks management theory and empirical analysis . The first chapter system combing and integration of existing personnel policies and personnel flow theory , first proposed personnel policy and Hi-Tech Park , the flow of talent research background and research ideas and research methods . The second chapter of the history and significance of the development of China 's high - tech park , especially back to Gu Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park , the establishment and development of Hi-Tech Park definition of professional human resources and the importance of the development of the park , proposed research and high-tech park personnel significance of the policy . Chapter departure from the status quo of the flow of talent in Zhangjiang , describes the type of flow of talent , and to analyze the factors of the flow of talent .
