Abstract


Once upon a time , the \Cultural and creative industries by virtue of its unique industry value orientation , extensive coverage areas and fast way to grow is to become a new bright spot in the global economy and the development of modern industrial . The media industry as a part of the cultural and creative industries , compared with developed foreign media industry , the strength is still relatively weak . The root cause is the accumulation of industrial capital , investment and financing capacity is still relatively weak and out of touch the accumulation of industrial capital and financing , lack of stamina. Faced with an increasingly open media market , increasing competition at home and abroad , has become bigger and stronger by the Group and capital operation , the domestic consensus on the development of the media industry . Firstly, proceed from the status quo of China 's cultural and creative industry development , the development of cultural and creative industries in China ; then combed the media industry in China to carry out capital operation , combined with the domestic environment , analyze the necessity and feasibility of capital operation ; and broadcast TV three listed companies and a flat- media- capital operation of four listed companies , the operational characteristics of the media class company summarized the development of these media enterprises practice has proved that China's media industry needs to mature capital the market to get a strong capital support , while the capital markets on the intervention of the media industry , but also can realize its profit return ; then analyzed media intangible capital operations role in promoting the development of the media industry ; Finally , the Chinese media enterprise capital operation corresponding countermeasures and suggestions . In the media industry in the process of capital operation , the state should reform and improve media investment and financing system , the media before entering the capital market must be good separation of the pre- business work , self-reliance , accelerate the accumulation , the implementation of industrial management and capital management combining and accelerate the realization of the capital and the expansion of the scale of the industry .
