Abstract


The reform of property rights and media capital operation , the hot issues of the current academic research . In from a planned economy to a socialist market economic system transition period of China's media industry is unique. Most of the media industry has a dual function , they should not only consider their own economic interests and future development , and to bear a certain amount of publicity and public opinion -oriented tasks . In this case , the simple pursuit of economic interests and simply the pursuit of public and social interests are not rational behavior . How full of incentives and constraints of the role of the modern system of property rights and China's media industry reform organic combination of the media industry to adapt to the development of the times , it is essential to maintain the correct guidance of public opinion . This paper tries to economics, property rights theory to the practice of the media industry reform to address institutional barriers exist in China 's media industry capital operation . And explore a media reform and development path with Chinese characteristics . Of property rights reform and capital operation basic theory of the sort , and then analyzes the media industry in the process of capital operation , the necessity and feasibility of the reform of property rights . Property status quo of China 's media industry shackles of its development as well as national and international media changes in the environment , is the main motivation of the reform of property rights of the media industry ; media industry allows capitals to enter , nor will inevitably lead to the leading role of the state-owned media capital of the media industry loss by the property rights system design can effectively solve the problem of the control of state - owned capital , this conclusion, and the media industry property rights reform possible . The fourth chapter discusses the structure of property rights of the world's major countries to take different types of media , as well as their advantages and disadvantages , this empirical research useful reference . Finally, China's media industry in the future reform of property rights in-depth thinking , building of multi-level structure of property rights in the media industry , and the functions of the different types of media and their resources compensation were discussed at the same time , the study extended to the media, the rule of law, property rights reform process management and self-discipline .
