Objective: The detection of human bladder transitional cell carcinoma and normal bladder tissue CD147 mRNA and its protein expression, and to explore the relationship of bladder transitional cell carcinoma of the pathological grade, clinical stage, and other clinical pathological features. Contribute to a better understanding of the biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, and lay a solid foundation for future studies of the cytological level CD147RNA interference, and looking for a new therapeutic target. Materials and Methods: open surgical resection of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 67 cases of the test group, and the other as a control group to 12 cases of normal bladder tissue from benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones in patients with open surgery. All specimens slice, nucleic acid molecules in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry method to detect its CD147mRNA and protein expression. Divided according to the ratio of the number of positive cells: negative (-), positive (), strongly positive (). Line correlation analysis using χ2 test, Fisher exact test and R × C contingency table, p <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1. CD147 protein expression in normal bladder tissue and bladder transitional cell carcinoma and bladder transitional cell carcinoma of the part of the organization of clinical and pathological features. CD147 expression was negative in 12 cases of normal bladder tissue. 67 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, 46 cases (68.7%) of CD147 expression in 11 cases (16.4%) were significantly strong expression of Expressions of CD147 protein expression in the tumor cell membrane and cytoplasm of tumor interstitial no significant expression . 67 patients BTCC pathological grade and clinical stage grouping based on age and gender structure within each group no significant difference (p ≥ 0.05). CD147 protein expression associated with pathological grade, histological grade, increased expression (r = 0.477, p lt; 0.001); superficial cancer (Ta ~ T1) and invasive carcinoma (T2 ~ T4) no statistically significant (r = 0.142, p = 0.253). Expression of normal bladder tissue and bladder transitional cell carcinoma CD147mRNA its relationship with bladder transitional cell carcinoma of the part of the organization of clinical and pathological features. Expression in 12 cases of normal bladder tissue CD147mRNA negative. 67 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, 40 cases (59.7%) have CD147mRNA expression of four cases (6%) significantly strong positive expression, CD147mRNA expression in tumor cytoplasm of tumor stroma no significant expression. CD147mRNA expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma of pathological grade and clinical stage was no significant correlation (r = 0.222, p = 0.071, r = 0.048, p = 0.698). Bladder transitional cell carcinoma CD147mRNA CD147 protein expression. CD147mRNA CD147 protein in bladder transitional cell carcinoma in the simultaneous expression of both expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma showed a positive correlation (r = 0.285, p = 0.019). Conclusion 1 bladder transitional cell carcinoma of the CD147 mRNA and protein expression, not expressed in normal bladder tissue. 2, CD147 protein expression in the tumor cell membrane and cytoplasm of tumor stroma no significant expression, and the patient's age, sex has nothing to do with the pathological grade, histological grade, CD147 protein expression enhanced, but superficial no related cancer and invasive cancer. 3, CD147mRNA expression mainly in the tumor cytoplasm of tumor stroma no significant expression with bladder transitional cell carcinoma of clinical stage, histological grade no relevant. BTCC expression of CD147mRNA and protein expression was positively correlated, CD147 may become an important indicator to judge the the BTCC invasion force. 5, CD147 as multifunctional molecules of the surface of tumor cells can regulate key steps in tumor invasion and metastasis, thus blocking CD147 expression or function may become a new target for the treatment of bladder tumors.
