Objective: To explore the clinical significance of umbilical arterial blood gas analysis of neonatal asphyxia and prognosis and guide clinical treatment . : Birth , immediately before its first cry extraction umbilical arterial the 0.1ml measured blood gas analysis of neonatal 1min , 5min , 10 min Apgar score , record the amniotic fluid characteristics , and tracking the clinical prognosis of newborns . Results: 1. Neonatal umbilical arterial blood gas , pH minimum 6.585 PH lt ; 7.20 , 46 cases , 31 cases of neonatal asphyxia ; severe asphyxia group , the mild group and the normal group , pH , PaCO2 , HCO3 - and BE differences have significant significance ( P lt; 0.01 ) , but PaO2 difference meaningless ; asphyxia group in the Apgar score ≤ 7 of 31 cases in 10 cases pH lt ; 7.20 Apgar score ≥ 8 points normal group of 313 cases , 36 cases of pH lt ; 7.20 , the two groups have a significant difference ( P lt; 0.01 ) , but the two are not exactly the same . At pH lt ; 7.20 46 patients in the three cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) , two cases of HIE pH ≥ 7.20 298 patients , the two groups have a significant differences (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion : 1 . Umbilical arterial blood gas analysis helps to ascertain the nature and severity of neonatal blood gas abnormalities ; judge neonatal asphyxia should be read in conjunction with the umbilical cord blood blood gases , Apgar score . 2 . Umbilical arterial blood gas analysis is conducive estimated neonatal outcomes .
