Abstract

Objective: To study the relationship between CD117, p73, Ki67 protein expression in breast cancer associated with breast cancer clinical indicators, explore CD117, p73, Ki67 gene in breast cancer development and treatment options prognosis significance. Materials and Methods: 60 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 20 cases of benign proliferative lesions of the breast ductal epithelium, 80 cases of breast tissue is selected from the group consisting of Pathology, Cancer Hospital of Yanbian 2001-2003 archived paraffin block specimens, routine testing of all breast cancer specimens ER, PR, C-erbB-2, p53, PCNA immunohistochemical SP method to detect CD117 expression of p73, Ki67 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and ductal epithelial benign proliferative lesions, and Statistical analysis was performed with age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, such as clinical stage indicators. Results: CD117 protein mainly cytoplasmic and membrane expression in benign proliferative lesions of the breast ductal epithelial expression was 55%, the expression in breast cancer was 26.66%. the p73 expression located in the nuclei and cytoplasm, and Ki-67 is mainly for the cell nucleus, p73 expression in benign proliferative lesions of the breast ductal epithelial tissue and breast cancer rates were 10% and 48.33%, Ki67 in breast cancer tissue and mammary ductal epithelial expression in benign proliferative lesions was 25% and 76.66%. CD117, p73, Ki67 expression in breast cancer rates has nothing to do with the patient's age, CD117 and tumor size, clinical stage there was no significant difference; p73 tumor size, clinical stage; Ki67 with clinical stage Relevance. CD117, p73 and Ki67 positive expression rate in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis significant difference. In breast cancer, CD117 positive expression rate of Ki67 positive expression rate was negatively correlated (p <0.05), CD117 positive expression rate of p73 positive expression rate was negatively correlated (p <0.05), but no significant correlation between Ki67 and p73 positive expression rate of. Conclusion: CD117 in breast cancer tissues showed expression reduction or absence of p73 and Ki67 is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues, CD117, p73, Ki67 with lymph node metastasis was significantly related to joint detection of CD117 p73, Ki67 three kinds of markers for breast cancer prognosis determination is of great significance and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of breast cancer
