Abstract


Objective: To investigate the tricuspid valve the artificial soft annuloplasty with suture compared to angioplasty is better forming . Methods: From January 2005 to December 2007 were treated 55 cases of secondary tricuspid regurgitation in patients with clinical data . 55 patients were rheumatic heart disease ; tricuspid annuloplasty in 29 cases Kay angioplasty or De Vega plasty , 26 cases of artificial soft ring angioplasty . Between the two groups in the preoperative NYHA classification , tricuspid regurgitation , pulmonary artery pressure was no significant difference . Results: There were no operative deaths , two groups of patients after the right atrium and right ventricle narrow compared with the preoperative differences were statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , the difference between the two groups was significant . Follow - up of 6 months , 3 cases of severe tricuspid regurgitation in the suture group ; in tricuspid the artificial soft ring group does not appear severe reflux . Conclusion: tricuspid artificial soft ring forming better than the suture angioplasty .
