Objective: To analyze polymyositis (polymyositis, PM) and dermatomyositis (dermatomyositis, DM) combined various cardiac injury in clinical features and treatment and prognosis of cardiac damage explore possible risk factors . Methods: 106 cases of PM / DM of clinical data , the incidence of heart damage , heart damage types and may induce cardiac injury risk factors. Results: The incidence of cardiac injury of 42.5% . Manifested as myocardial ischemia , arrhythmia, myocardial injury , pericarditis, valvular disease , pulmonary hypertension, low voltage limb leads ; multivariate analysis ESR may be a risk factor for heart damage occurred . Conclusion : Cardiac injury is a PM / DM high incidence of complications , clinical manifestations vary, intricate ; early to take positive and effective treatment measures benefit the rehabilitation of patients ; while ESR may occur as a risk factor for heart damage with age, sex and duration of disease and other factors unrelated .
