[ Objective] To explore the cyclosporine joint stanozolol clinical efficacy for the treatment of children with chronic aplastic anemia . [Method] chronic aplastic anemia children with 30 patients cyclosporine 3mg/Kg.d , stanozolol alcohol 0.14mg/Kg.d . 6 months, 1 year evaluation cycle , blood , red blood cell and platelet transfusions and bone marrow morphology classification and evaluation before and after treatment efficacy and recorded adverse reactions . [Results ] 3 /30 patients were treated for 6 months , 7 months , 11 were lost to follow 27 /30 patients completed 12 months were followed up for treatment , 5 cases of cyclosporine starting dose of 3mg/kg . d, after 3 months of treatment , according to cyclosporine blood concentration increase the amount to 4mg/kg.d, 8/30 (26.6%) cases of children Scientology this cure , 10 / 30 ( 33.3%) patients were in remission , 6 /30 (20% ) cases of obvious progress , 6 / 30 (20% ) cases were ineffective .
