Foreign language anxiety is an important emotional factors affecting the learning of foreign languages. Past studies have generally adopted the theory of foreign language anxiety Horwitz and other scholars in 1986 and developed by the Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale, has achieved many important results, but because of its theoretical problems led to the rise of the late 20th century foreign language skills Anxiety. Saito et al. Foreign language reading anxiety is a language-independent concepts. Cheng, a series of studies on the writing anxiety, writing anxiety is a specific skill is different from the foreign language classroom anxiety anxiety. Many studies have shown that foreign language anxiety and foreign language proficiency test scores, course grades and oral performance was a moderate negative correlation. But for foreign language reading and writing anxiety relations with foreign language proficiency exam is one of the few in the West; in China using the same number of subjects to explore foreign language reading anxiety and writing anxiety relationship less. The paper first examines the foreign language reading and writing anxiety is distinguished from general foreign language classroom anxiety about college students to read and write the foreign language anxiety condition Finally, we discuss the relationship of foreign language reading anxiety and writing anxiety and four exams. The study for non-English majors, Shandong Agricultural University random cluster sampling method, the sample of 330 subjects. All the data from the survey and CET scores Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS11.5 enter the computer processing, the use of the reliability test, descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation analysis, statistical means. Preliminary analysis summarize quantitative data, the intended interview outline semi-structured interviews of 18 randomly selected subjects, interview MP3 recording and subsequent transcription down. The qualitative data were used to supplement the quantitative results of the study. The results show that the foreign language reading anxiety and foreign language writing anxiety is different but related skills Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety anxiety. Students in foreign language learning in general feel reading anxiety and writing anxiety. Reading anxiety and the CET reading scores and total score showed a significant negative correlation. Writing anxiety, respectively, with the CET writing scores and a total score was a significant negative correlation between. Study foreign language reading and writing anxiety will help to deepen the understanding of anxiety on the reading and writing of the nature and structure, and to lay the foundation for the construction of the theory of foreign language skills anxiety. From a practical perspective, to understand the foreign language reading and writing anxiety help foreign language teachers to more accurately diagnose students' reading and writing anxiety condition to develop coping strategies targeted.
