Abstract


Split share as China's securities market specific problems left over by history, in many respects, restricting the development of China's securities market norms, April 29, 2005, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the shareholding companies listed on the Reform of the Split notice, opened the prelude of the split share structure reform, after continuously push forward the reform pilot. Beginning in September 2005, the split share structure reform in China's securities market officially in full swing, about 20 companies a week to participate in the reform. After more than a year, at the end of 2006, the split share structure reform basically completed. After the completion of the share reform, China's securities market there will be what kind of changes? Legal adjustments also appear in the new features? This paper attempts to start from the split share structure reform on new changes after the share reform of China's securities market: shares instead of state-owned economy exit the green channel, company M \u0026 A activity has become increasingly active in the stock reform, highlighting the false information disclosure of listed companies, executives increased violations, and explore for new securities market under the new situation of civil judicial relief and administrative supervision perfect . This paper is divided into three parts, wherein the second three-part of the main body portion. The first chapter is an overview of the split share structure reform. This section focuses on the history and current status of the origin of the split share structure, drawbacks, and the split share reform. The purpose of this chapter is to a comprehensive introduction to the origin and progress of the reform, to pave the way for later discussion. The second chapter is split share structure reform of China's securities market. Exit channels mainly from the state-owned assets, mergers and acquisitions, information disclosure, four executives behavior described changes in the securities market after the share reform. The third chapter is the civil judicial relief and administrative supervision perfect stock market in the new situation. This chapter for the new changes of the stock market after the share reform, mainly from the securities market civil judicial relief with SFC administrative supervision relationship (Securities Civil, supplemented by administrative regulation) start to talk about the perfection of both. Comprehensive use of the knowledge of the law, securities and economics with the interdisciplinary nature, content related to the historical development of the securities market, many aspects of the state-owned enterprise reform, securities market regulatory philosophy. Present, whether in law or economics, securities in the field, this comprehensive paper has not yet appeared, this paper is the first attempt to try to advance a blank areas.
