Abstract


Whether in developed or developing countries, family businesses are an important organizational form. Family business in China developed rapidly since the reform and opening up, and made a great contribution in the promotion of economic growth, to solve the employment, to support the economic development of a force to be reckoned. However, with the time the curtain call for the first generation of entrepreneurs gradually approaching heritage issues has become an urgent need to address the real problem of the Chinese family business. How effectively convey the power and wealth to the next generation, to get rid of the \Come for family business and family business research paper, combined with the family business at home and abroad and its heritage theoretical point of view, through the analysis of the development of the family business and heritage of the status quo, that our family business heritage in the face of and influencing factors.
