Abstract


Can a business to create and maintain core competencies related to their survival and development . The core competitiveness of enterprises is the concept of a system , it is the accumulation of knowledge, technology , culture , mechanisms and the ability of organic aggregates in the process of long-term business . Function of core competitiveness of enterprises include two aspects , First, enterprises and business skills or products into the ability to obtain a variety of resources or skills ; enterprise organizations to mobilize the various elements of the production and operation , so that the enterprise the link is in the coordination, harmonization and efficient operation . See from the contents of the first aspect , the core competitiveness , including the integration of the force , innovation and transforming force ; From the second aspect of the core competencies including decision-making power , the reaction force and coordinating the operation of the force . The coal enterprise core competitiveness of enterprises exist in the internal , and at the same time , but also by the impact of the external environment and the constraints . Resource variables , mechanism and cultural development of environmental factors , the company's core capabilities and products and businesses facing together constitute the various elements of the core competitiveness of coal enterprises . With Shenhua Ningxia Coal critical core competencies , but the basis of core competencies is not strong , relatively poor competitiveness , lack of stamina efficiency capacity . Therefore, the Shenhua Ningxia Coal core competencies to enhance the focus on independent innovation , a fundamental change in business philosophy , optimize the management mode and operation mechanism to accelerate the speed of energy conversion . This paper consists of four parts . The first section reviews the meaning and characteristics of the core competitiveness of enterprises .
