Abstract


Jilin Oilfield Xinmin regional reservoir buried 1200 meters , bottomhole temperature is lower (50 ℃), a low permeability oilfield . Infill drilling has been carried out , due to the long water flooding , the original formation pressure system has been damaged , the interlayer pressure large , prone to formation water , gas channeling and other cementing problems made ??it difficult for the oilfield development , this much-needed research and develop a suitable area of Jilin Oilfield Xinmin adjustment well cementing supporting measures. In this paper, Xinmin area strata, depth of features , carried out to adjust well cementing technology research and application of research and exploration work . Design and development of NCD-II expansion of early-strength micro- channeling of boron slurry system , and with a pair of double-density condensate series of technical measures to make the region through the application of cementing quality greatly improved, cementing techniques maturing , formed into a film stopped relief , ZQ-1 high efficiency and low loss of water rinses , NCD-II expansion of early-strength micro- channeling of boron slurry system , dual condensate dual density slurry structure . Turbulence replacement and open pressure wells waiting solidification process measures based Xinmin areas suitable for shallow well completion adjustments supporting technology . 2005-2008 of application of the technology cementing 285 , 100% pass rate , quality rate 81.05% , cementing pass rate and quality rate increased significantly.
