Abstract


Objective osteoclast differentiation pathway OPG-RANKL-RANK' dissertation">OPG-RANKL-RANK middle of OPG and RANKL protein and gene expression to investigate the movement mechanism of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Materials and methods 65 experimental rats were randomly divided equally into five groups, each of 13 individual rat death effective experimental rats were the control group (n = 12), the sham group (n = 12), caused due to modeling, model group of 12, 13 of the positive control group, the exercise group 11. The rats were decapitated and stripped the tibia, fixed with paraformaldehyde, left tibia made decalcified bone frozen sections the right tibia made of undecalcified bone biopsy for detection of indicators. Statistical Methods: SPSS17.0 software package, the use of single-factor analysis of variance for data processing, pairwise comparisons among the groups, and q test. The results are the mean ± standard deviation (x ± s). Ovariectomy model group compared with the normal control group, TBV% significantly decreased after exercise significantly increased; TRS% TFS%, AFS%, and MAR, BFR of mAR \u0026 OSW were significantly elevated after exercise were significantly lower. Rats after ovariectomy, into bone cells and bone marrow stromal cells OPG protein and OPG mRNA expression significantly decreased osteoblasts and bone marrow stromal cell RANKL protein and RANKL mRNA expression was significantly elevated. Movement, osteoblasts and bone marrow stromal cells OPG protein and OPG mRNA expression was significantly elevated, osteoblasts and bone marrow stromal cell RANKL protein and RANKL mRNA expression was significantly reduced. Conclusion 1. Movement improvement. Ovariectomized rat bone tissue morphometry indicators, 2 Movement of osteoclast differentiation conduction pathway in OPG-RANKL-RANK of OPG and RANKL protein and gene expression regulation. Movement of ovariectomized rats induced osteoporosis have a preventive effect.
