Abstract


Objective: To observe the QHD tongluo square gavage on blood uric acid , kidney function , fasting blood glucose , fasting insulin , to explore the mechanism Tongluo Fang QHD treatment of hyperuricemia . Methods: The rat model of hyperuricemia : SD rats to adenine , ethambutol for modeling agent , establish animal models of hyperuricemia . Establishment of blank group , model group , western medicine group , Chinese medicine low dose group , high dose group . Fed for 3 weeks were observed on the 7th day of the experiment , 21 days of the experiment , rats were measured blood uric acid , urea nitrogen , creatinine , fasting glucose , fasting insulin ; take 21 days left kidney , observed changes in renal pathology . Results: QHD Tongluo Fang inhibition of the model rat blood uric acid , creatinine , urea nitrogen , fasting blood glucose , fasting insulin increased role . Conclusion: QHD Tongluo Fang reduce hyperuricemia rat model of serum uric acid .
