Abstract

The determination of dietary fiber content test by the solicitation bare barley varieties (strains) of more than 60 from all parts of Tibet, Congo red colorimetric determination of β-glucan content, improved cold neutral detergent fiber extraction and analysis of the different ecological zones climatic factors on Tibet bare barley β-glucan, edible fiber content of the influencing factors; choose from more than 60 copies of the material of 3-4 quality traits varieties planted in Nyingchi, set of nitrogen fertilizer, sowing and chase Sui fat period processing, each sample was measured β-glucan and dietary fiber content, reveal agronomic measures influencing factors of the naked barley β-glucan and dietary fiber content;, and then choose from the collection of varieties in chemical ingredient significant difference eight varieties (strains), the mature grain β-glucan and dietary fiber content measurement and analysis in the main producing areas of Tibet Naked Barley planted two years, using the AMMI model analysis of β-glucan and dietary fiber content varieties, the environment and their interaction effect size, clear regional distribution characteristics. Through the above research, trying to clear Tibet bare barley β-glucan and dietary fiber content varieties and environmental differences, screening the naked barley germplasm with high β-glucan and edible fiber content of a number of copies, to explore the impact of Tibet Naked Barley β-glucan and dietary fiber content of major climatic factors, agronomic measures and environmental conditions, the main findings are as follows: 1, ① affecting Tibet Naked Barley grain β-climate factor β-glucan and dietary fiber content glucan content of the main climate factor is the coldest month temperature, the average annual number of sunshine hours, annual accumulated temperature ≥ 0 ° C, and altitude. Bare barley β-glucan content coldest month temperature into a significant positive correlation with the average annual sunshine hours into a significant negative correlation; should focus To Breeding barley varieties with high beta-glucan content from ≥ 0 ℃ accumulated temperature, average annual sunshine hours less altitude, the coldest month high temperatures in the area as well. (2) major climatic factors affecting Tibet bare barley grain dietary fiber content is the altitude, average annual sunshine hours ≥ 0 ℃ accumulated temperature, mean annual temperature, mean annual precipitation and the coldest month temperature. Statistical analysis revealed that the edible fiber content with altitude and average annual sunshine hours into extremely significant positive correlation between a significant negative correlation with the average annual precipitation and the coldest month temperature. Edible varieties with high fiber content should be more from the average annual sunshine hours, high altitude, low temperatures the coldest month, with an average annual precipitation of less area as well. Agronomic measures ① The test results show that Tibet bare barley β-glucan and dietary fiber content broadcast on β-glucan content in three agronomic measures the largest, followed by the amount of base fertilizer dressing fertilizer effect is correspondingly smaller. Four varieties suitable sowing date around April 10, the Himalayas 19 Shanqing 24 may be appropriate early sowing; suitable base fertilizer capacity of 240 kg/hm2 Himalayan 19, dark blue 320 Shanqing 24 may be appropriate to increase; appropriate dressing fertilizer from June 27 to July 2. (2) by the test results analysis showed three agronomic measures the amount of base fertilizer naked barley food fiber content, followed by dressing fertilizer, sowing date effect is correspondingly smaller. Three varieties suitable sowing date around April 8, Himalayan 19 may be appropriate to early sowing; suitable base fertilizer capacity of 220 kg/hm2 Shanqing 24 may be appropriate to increase; suitable dressing fertilizer for June 28 to July 2, Himalaya 19 may be appropriate to postpone. 3, the genotype and environmental effects on Tibet bare barley β-glucan and dietary fiber content (1) the naked barley β-glucan content the variation mainly from the test varieties and the environment under the conditions of this experiment interaction effects , followed by the difference among cultivars, environmental effects are relatively small. AMMI model analysis showed higher β-glucan content: Xigaze and Shannan two pilot, of Qamdo and Lhasa pilot β-glucan content. Varieties 990,852 in β-glucan content of the pilot, although lower, but strong adaptability to the environment, is the ideal varieties suitable for promotion. ② bare how much dietary fiber content of barley is mainly affected by the environmental effects, followed by variety and environment interaction effects are relatively small, and the differences between the varieties. AMMI model analysis showed that: Lhasa, Shannan pilot high dietary fiber content, Qamdo, and Shigatse two pilot the dietary fiber content is relatively low. Shanqing 23 and 990,852 high dietary fiber content, strong adaptability to the environment is the ideal varieties suitable for promotion in the future.
