Abstract


Objective To the cerebellopontine pool (Cerebellopontine Cistern) microanatomy of its structure . Hope to provide anatomical data for clinical surgery . Methods six cases of cadaveric heads 12 side in 10% formalin fixed body perfusion with red and blue silicone rubber arteriovenous system . Since on midbrain removal of the cerebral hemispheres , to retain the full tentorium , the trigeminal nerve and trochlear nerve . 3 to 24 times the microscope anatomy , multi-angle observations anatomical relationship of the pool and its organizational structure . Picture with a digital camera acquisition and application of image processing software for the mark . Results small cerebellopontine pool is located cerebellar square leaf and a half leaves covering the medial pons adjacent the top of the tentorium below ambient cistern neighboring lateral part of parcel trigeminal ganglia , outside of the lower part of the inner ear door . Pool anterior inferior cerebellar artery tissue through the labyrinthine artery , Rock vein and V , VII, VIII cranial nerve . Most of each structure measurements in the normal range , inter-organizational relationship most constant , a small number of mutations occur . The normal conclusion cerebellopontine pool most of the organizational structure , a small variation . Mastered various data conducive to clinical work , but can not blindly rely on data , should be fully familiar with the relationship between the various structures and anatomic landmarks , has important practical value for improving the surgical technique, reducing surgical complications .
