Abstract


With the deepening of the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the degree of population aging, as well as changes in disease spectrum, urban and rural residents in China's health service requirements, health service needs and utilization varying degrees of change, therefore, in-depth study residents health requirements, changes in demand and utilization of great significance for deepening medical and health system, as well as the formulation of health policy. In order to effectively improve the utilization of health services of the residents, to meet the health care needs of the urban and rural residents, the study makes the following recommendations: (1) to optimize the allocation of health resources, improve regional health planning; (2) to adapt to changes in disease spectrum, strengthening chronic non-communicable disease prevention and control; (3) for different groups of people to carry out different forms and levels of service; (4) to strengthen the capacity building of primary health service system, improve the health status of the urban and rural residents; (5) increase financial input to improve grassroots health services compensation mechanism; (8) the popularization and application of appropriate health technology (6) to establish fair health financing and payment system, to reduce the burden of disease of the urban and rural residents; (7) to strengthen the role of the basic medical insurance for primary health services to promote and protect; Engineering; (9) to strengthen the health education of the residents, and advocate a healthy lifestyle of residents.
