Abstract


Currently, the hospital is facing a lot of challenges and opportunities, with the continuous progress of health care reform, public hospitals, it is necessary to maintain the public welfare to survive and develop, but also in the complex and volatile market competition is bound to change the original Some management business model, improve the management level, to achieve the unification of the social and economic benefits. The department is the basic unit of the hospital engaged in medical treatment, teaching, scientific research tasks, the department management ability is directly related to the survival and development of the hospital. Many clinical departments performance evaluation studies based on the paper-based hospital management evaluation guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, refer to the general corporate key performance indicators assessment thinking the combined objective examination of association of the hospital, and established the principle of selecting evaluation, consultation with experts of advice for choosing a five-level indicators, 16 secondary indicators, on the basis of the survey, using AHP to determine the target weight, the inpatient department evaluation index system, the introduction of the the nature of Undimensionalization discussion compared the standardization Undimensionalization with normalized non-dimensional method of comprehensive evaluation results, comparative evaluation results approximate the ideal solution sorting method and linear weighted average method.
