Abstract

Traditional Handicraft is an important part of traditional life way in agriculture society. As a kind of family part-time work, traditional handicraft can supply the clothing, eating, housing, transportation and other daily necessities, so it is an important economic production mode. Looking back to the history, traditional handicrafts are mainly made by folk craftsmen in household workshop. With the economy development and the transformation of life style, the need of humanity, diversified hand-made artworks which imply the Chinese traditional humanity emotion, society values and ethical standards also increased. So, traditional handicraft should change into a kind of new culture product applying to modern aesthetic ideas and spiritual need and walk into the modern life. As to the suitable production organization, this paper will mainly study on this point.After doing much fieldwork and reading many reference books, it analyzes the changes of the modern consumer market, manufacturing technique and the workers, on this basis, the paper sums up the suitable handicraft production organizations and analyzes the background, characteristics, vantages and limitations of each production organization in details, find the inner link and difference, trying to find out the most suitable handicraft production organization to provide experience to the handicraft development and it is also a method to protect the traditional handicraft. The three production organizations are Artist-Designers Create Artwork, Crafts Company Production, Cluster Regional Production. For the Artist-Designers create artworks type, the consumers are the high-rank persons, the Artist-Designers design and make the artworks. Crafts company production will make the common artworks for common consumers. The art company manage the production and the workers, mainly are peasants, finish the production. Cluster regional production will help with the industrial development of handicraft production. It will form famous handicraft brand and famous production area.
